This Privacy Policy explains how Galt Pharmaceuticals, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") accesses, uses, and protects information in connection with IES Function App (the "Application"), an internal data integration that we operate for our own business use.
The Application is a private, internal integration used solely by Galt Pharmaceuticals, LLC to move our own accounting and financial data from Intuit Enterprise Suite (which operates on the Intuit / QuickBooks Online Accounting API) into our own secured data environment for internal financial reporting and analysis.
The Application is not a public or consumer-facing product. It is not distributed to, offered to, or installed by third parties, and it is not made available to the general public. Access is limited to authorized personnel of Galt Pharmaceuticals, LLC. It may connect to one or more company entities (realms) within our own Intuit Enterprise Suite account.
The Application accesses financial and accounting records from our own Intuit company or companies. Depending on configuration, this may include records such as bills, payments, invoices, vendor credits, customers, vendors, accounts, and journal entries, together with related transaction details and metadata.
The Application accesses this information under the authorization of Galt Pharmaceuticals, LLC as the owner of the relevant Intuit company data. It reads business financial records; it is not designed to collect personal information from members of the public, and it does not gather data from individual consumers who are not part of our organization.
We use the information accessed by the Application only for internal business purposes, including:

Information accessed by the Application is stored within our own private cloud data environment, operated on Microsoft Azure and Snowflake. We apply administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect this information, including:
While we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell the information accessed by the Application, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The information may be processed by the infrastructure and service providers that host our data environment (for example, Microsoft Azure and Snowflake), each of which processes data on our behalf and under their own applicable terms and security commitments.
We may disclose information where required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We retain the information accessed by the Application within our data environment for as long as needed to fulfill the internal reporting and business purposes described in this Policy, and as required to meet our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. We may remove or refresh stored data as part of routine operation of the integration.
The Application accesses data through Intuit's APIs. Our access to and use of Intuit-sourced data is subject to our agreements with Intuit and to Intuit's applicable terms. We use Intuit-sourced data only for the internal purposes described in this Policy and in a manner consistent with those terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Policy at this location. Continued operation of the Application after an update reflects our current practices as described in the then-current Policy.
